Napa, CA – Wine Country Hot Air Balloon Over Calistoga
Tourists love Napa Valley wine country. We get more than 3 million visitors each year. That’s A LOT of wine enthusiasts!
For those of us who call this area home, it never gets old. The beauty, serenity and of course, the wine are all soothing to the soul.
As residents, we have the inside track on standout tourist activities here. One thing I always recommend to visitors is to take a balloon ride over the valley. There’s nothing quite like it. Drifting peacefully over this beautiful part of the country is a bit like living in a dream.
It’s even more special when you take a balloon tour over the Calistoga area. Why is this so special? Calistoga is viewed by many as the crowning jewel of the Napa Valley. It lies at the far north end of the valley at the foot of Mt. St. Helena, the most rural part of the Napa wine country.
This region offers scenery like no other in the valley. From the Palisade Cliffs to Calistoga’s Old Faithful Geyser and world-renowned vineyards, the same volcanic activity that created the area’s many spas and hot springs formed the landscape that’s unmatched anywhere else in the valley.
The unforgettable Calistoga scenery also inspired the collection in my online jewelry store that goes by the same name. The pieces in my Calistoga Collection range from simple, featuring two dainty strands, to complex, with as many as six strands crusted with beads. Created to be a bit more easygoing, the Calistoga Collection can add a twist of glamor to jeans or any casual outfit.
One of the standout pieces in this collection is my Black Leather, Turquoise and Silver Bracelet. It features two rows of fine 5mm round Italian leather in deep black adorned with two wire-wrap style silver beads around a lovely turquoise-colored cabochon. This piece is perfect to stack to make a boho look or is beautiful when worn alone.
Be sure to visit my online jewelry store today to see this unique collection inspired by the breathtaking scenery and ease of Calistoga.
