Napa, CA – Stags’ Leap Winery Inspired My Stags’ Leap Jewelry
The Napa Valley is known for its wonderful wines and beautiful scenery, making it a popular destination among tourists. As someone who’s lucky enough to call Napa home year-round, I have my favorite spots. Occasionally, I like to give tips on which attractions visitors may miss but are well worth their time.
One such location is Stags’ Leap Winery, located off the beaten path in Napa. Stags’ Leap Winery is truly a hidden gem in the highly acclaimed Stags Leap District. Located off a long, private road, this nineteenth-century stone winery and Victorian-era manor house are nestled against the Stags Leap Palisades.
The place is truly magical. Named a Top Five Most Romantic Winery Destination by Sonoma Magazine, Stags’ Leap got its name in the late 1880s. It’s based on a native Wappo legend of a stag leaping to escape hunters.
This beautiful place inspired my Stags’ Leap Collection. Just as wines from the Stags’ Leap District are known for the fullness of their flavor, the bracelets in this collection are bold and intense in color and texture.
A style all their own, these bracelets come embellished with a myriad of beads and colors not found elsewhere. Beads slide onto a thick 10mm x 6mm band of fine Spanish leather or round ropes from Italy and Portugal. Meant to be worn like a snug bangle, these unique bracelets will have admirers asking where you discovered them.
The Earth Mother Leather Bracelet from the Stags’ Leap Collection in my online jewelry store is for the woman that celebrates all things organic. This earthy combination of relaxed brown Spanish leather and beads of silver and dark gray is a comfy piece to pair with the carefree days of summer and Fall. Handcrafted beaded rings in shades of golden brown and the lightest pink add an elegant touch. A simple magnetic clasp makes it even easier to wear.
Just like the wines of the Stags’ Leap District will linger in your memory, so will bracelets from Jewels of the Vineyard be remembered by all you meet.
